Morning Networking, a Hip-Hop Class and a History Lesson

Join the Culver City Historical Society meeting, a hip-hop class at Your Neighborhood Studio, and other Wednesday ideas.

1) Get the inside scoop on Culver City history at the Culver City Historical Society’s Wednesday meeting, open to the public. The featured speaker is Justinian Jampol, founder and director of The Wende Museum and Archive of the Cold War in Culver City. , 4117 Overland Ave in the multipurpose room.

2) Calling parents of preschoolers ages 3-5: Wednesday is the day to reserve a space for the special weekly storytime for tots at the Culver City Julian Dixon Branch Library Storytime. Pre-registration is required, calls are accepted after 11 a.m. and only 40 spots are available.  Culver City Julian Dixon Library, 4975 Overland Ave.

3) Have fun while working out by taking an upbeat hip-hop class in the Wiggle room at Your Neighborhood Studio. Instructor Sara Vongillern of "So You Think You Can Dance," season three, and brings her expertise to choreograph breaking, locking, popping and more.
