405 Wilshire Off Ramp to Close for 2 Weeks

Starting this morning, crews will intermittently close the Wilshire Boulevard east exit from the northbound lane of the 405 Freeway in order to clear trees and plants from the area.

Starting today, the Wilshire Boulevard east exit from the northbound lane of the 405 Freeway will be closed intermittently for two weeks. During this time crews will remove trees and plants from the area.

Metro officials say workers will be active from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and a night crew will periodically close the off-ramp between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. so that materials can be moved out of the area.bAccess will be given to emergency vehicles at all times during the process.
