100 Santas Descend on the Culver Hotel

In their distinctive red and white garb, the thirsty Santas made their way to the hotel's bar in Downtown Culver City mid-morning on Saturday as part of an L.A. pub crawl.

Being Santa is thirsty work. Just ask the 100 Santas that descended on the Culver Hotel shortly after 11:30 a.m. today for a mid-morning cocktail.

Male and female Santas dressed in everything from Santa suits to mini-dresses and wearing red noses, hopped up to the bar to quench their thirst and snack on a few appetizers.

The Culver City stop is just one of several today. Hotel Manager Seth Horowitz told Patch the Santas are taking part in an L.A. pub crawl. They're leaving their reindeer behind (every Santa knows you should never get behind the antlers of a reindeer if you're drinking) and are taking the Expo Line from Culver City to Hollywood where they'll next hop on the Red Line for some more festive cheer to keep their spirits up as they work throughout the holiday period.
