Wildcraft Sourdough Creates Pizza for CicLAvia

Chef Tin Vuong of the recently opened Culver City eatery is creating a Chili Relleno Pie to bring East LA to West LA just as the cycling event will do on Sunday.

With Culver City being one of the major hubs this Sun. April 21 at CicLAvia, Chef Tin Vuong of Wildcraft Sourdough Pizza has decided to create a special pie in honor of the event, reports Grub Street Los Angeles.

Vuong told Grub Street his Chili Relleno Pie would bring “some of East L.A. influenced flavors to the West Side.”

Wildcraft Sourdough will also offer specials from noon – 3 p.m. Sunday as part of CicLAvia.
