The Wallace Bringing Seasonal California Cuisine to Culver City

The Wallace, a new seasonal California restaurant opening soon in Culver City, is creating some significant buzz, as both the Los Angeles Times and EaterLA posted stories about it recently. 

The restaurant is taking over the former Libra Brazilian BBQ at 3833 Main St. and will feature seasonal California cuisine that highlights local produce. 

"The idea is for this to be playful food," chef Michael Teich told the L.A. Times. "You put it in the middle of the table and everyone can grab and share and eat it as you choose." 

The opening date is tba, according to EaterLA, though preview dinners are due to start later this week.
