Royal/T’s Farewell “Greatest Hits” Party

The party will be held June 30 at the café/art gallery and will include a retrospective and a midnight toast.

After almost five years at its home on Washington Boulevard, the much-loved Royal/T café-come-gallery, complete with its Japanese-style maids (that have a quirky Alice-in-Wonderland vibe) .

In an effort to thank all of Royal/T’s loyal supporters, the café will host a “Greatest Hits” Party this coming Saturday night, June 30. The evening will also be an opportunity for Royal/T to host past curators, artists and highlight some of the well-known performers.

The evening will start at 8 p.m. with a one-hour walkthrough and talk with curators and artists, followed by a party from 9-midnight, with music, dancing, dessert and ending with a midnight toast.

Artists at the event will include Andy Warhol Museum Director Eric Shiner, and Whitney Biennial Co-Curator Jay Sanders.

Maybe more to the point, where does the methane (way more powerful than CO2 as a greenhouse gas)Read More release go from the fracking process, where do the "secret"and other cancer causing chemicals go, and who pays for clean-up costs, increased healthcare costs of residents nearby, possible increased earthquake damage, etc. and where does this oil go (we can't use it--too dirty--so probably China)?
