It is a bittersweet moment. As far as what’s next for Leaf and myself, that is a developing story. I am moving into a commercial kitchen to continue my packaged foods, catering and special events. I retain ownership of the Leaf brand, and all its components including the restaurant concept and recipes as well as the packaged foods.  I have had interest from people to move to different locations. I like to think that the end of anything is the beginning of something new. I will certainly be looking to my raw food teaching, private cheffing and packaged foods- maybe another book. No word on who the developer is, but we’ll keep you posted.
