Gravlax Restaurant Making Progress

The 1500 square foot Scandinavian restaurant on the Culver City/Mar Vista border has been hard at work on its interior makeover.

No word yet on an official opening date, but according to Eater LA, it looks like Gravlax will be opening “soon.”

Patch first got wind of the new Scandinavian restaurant at the corner of Washington Boulevard and Centinela Avenue on the Culver City/Mar Vista border, back in February and in March it submitted an application to the Culver City Planning Division to sell alcohol (wine and beer) both on and off site.

According to Eater LA, “It looks like much of the ground work is finished at the interior details are getting put into place, with smooth walls and counter tops getting prepped.”
