Fraiche puts the focus on its wine program with a monthly Insider's Wine Class. The first Saturday of each month, sommelier and co-owner Thierry Perez will focus on a different wine growing region. Each class will feature five different wines, paired with regional cheeses and cured meats, as well as appetizers specific to the area. Guests are encouraged to purchase wines and bring them back when dining at the restaurant, free of corkage fees.
When: Every 1st Saturday of the month : 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
