Entertainment TV Leases 75,000 Square Foot Production Studio in Culver City

The company will house its productions in the Hayden Tract Century Studios complex where other shows such as Hell's Kitchen and Criminal Minds are filmed.

Entertainment Studios, Inc., the largest independent producer and distributor of first-run syndicated television programming for broadcast television stations, has just leased   a 75,000 square foot television and film production studio in Culver City at Century Studios in the Hayden Tract.

The transaction is a multi-million dollar, multi-year lease, and was negotiated by Terence Hill, Principal of BT Equities, Inc. representing Entertainment Studios. Travis Landrum of Industry Partners represented landlord Reisbord Family Investments in the transaction.

The company also owns eight 24-hour linear HD television networks (CARS.TV, COMEDY.TV, ES.TV, MYDESTINATION.TV, PETS.TV, RECIPE.TV, LEGACY.TV, and JUSTICE CENTRAL.TV)

ES will now be part of the complex in the Hayden Tract where shows such as Fox’s reality series “Hell’s Kitchen” and CBS’s “Criminal Minds” are filmed.

"We are now in production on 36 shows, and we are continuously producing content for our eight 24-hour HD cable television networks. Our new studio in Culver City is the perfect facility to accelerate our production output."

While the company has leased the space in Culver City, it will also retain its Century City corporate headquarters, where it has been housed for the past 16 years.
