The Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition’s Tour de Taste returns to Culver City this Sun. Dec. 2 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Participants should look forward to cycling eating and ice-skating at the new Downtown Holiday ice rink.
LACBC says the event will only be canceled if there is heavy rain. Drizzle is not going to halt the Culver City ride. According to the latest LACBC release, heavy rain is not expected until Sunday evening.
Registration begins at 9 a.m. at the Culver Hotel (corner of Washington Blvd. and Culver Blvd.)
Tickets are $20 for LACBC members, $30 for non-members, and $55 for the combo of admission ($30) and an LACBC membership ($25 - $10 off the normal price).
The ride will include a guided bike tour of Ballona Creek in the morning, followed by sampling food at local restaurants, and capping off the day with some ice-skating at the Downtown Culver City Holiday ice rink.
Among those that will be offering up food for hungry cyclists are:
- The Culver Hotel
- Kay 'n Dave's
- LaRocco's Pizzeria
- Honey's Kettle
- Peddler's Creamery
- Rocco's Tavern
