Culver City Office Campus Breaks Ground at Hayden Tract

Hackman Capital Partners LLC has begun construction on its WorkScapes facility at the Hayden Tract.

A new commercial venture is in the works along the Hayden Tract in Culver City.

Hackman Capital Partners LLC recently broke ground on its new, creative office space, that includes renovating and converting three different industrial buildings, reports Commercial Property Executive.

The project, entitled WorkScapes and designed by Abramson Teiger Architects, will offer potential tenants 126,400 square feet of loft-style, pet-friendly office space according to CPE. Plans are also in the works for a new parking structure with 556 covered parking spaces and 190 surface parking spaces at the corner of Hayden Avenue and Higuera Street.

Installation artist and sculptor Chris Puzio will design a piece of artwork at the parking structure and landscaping at the site will include low-water plants, barbecue pits and patios.
