Cognoscenti Coffee Opens Today in Culver City

Yeekai Lim’s coffee cart that became a coffee shop in Atwater Village now has another permanent home on Washington Boulevard in the Culver City Arts District.

The doors to Yeekai Lim’s Cognoscenti Coffee shop opened this morning –Wed. Dec. 12 – reports L.A. Weekly, at 6114 Washington Blvd. in the Culver City Arts District near Father’s Office.

The 400 square foot minimalist store will be open Mon – Sat from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

According to the Weekly, Lim will serve up coffee from Ritual Coffee Roasters, Calgary's Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters and the Bay Area's Wrecking Ball Coffee Roasters as well as Rishi Tea.

Maybe more to the point, where does the methane (way more powerful than CO2 as a greenhouse gas)Read More release go from the fracking process, where do the "secret"and other cancer causing chemicals go, and who pays for clean-up costs, increased healthcare costs of residents nearby, possible increased earthquake damage, etc. and where does this oil go (we can't use it--too dirty--so probably China)?
