Bistro Laurent’s French-Indian Connection

The Culver City eatery serves its regular fare Thursday through Sunday, while Mama’s Indian Kitchen offers up an Indian smorgasbord in the space Monday through Wednesday.

French connection with a twist?

Bistro Laurent on 3936 Sepulveda Boulevard is sharing its space with Mama’s Indian Kitchen, reports Midtown Lunch.

Owner Laurent Triqueneaux told Eater LA Bistro Laurent’s operations are business as usual. "We're not going away, we're just renting out our space on the days when we're not open," he said.

Mama’s Indian Kitchen serves up curries, meat and rice in an all-you-can-eat feast.

Maybe more to the point, where does the methane (way more powerful than CO2 as a greenhouse gas)Read More release go from the fracking process, where do the "secret"and other cancer causing chemicals go, and who pays for clean-up costs, increased healthcare costs of residents nearby, possible increased earthquake damage, etc. and where does this oil go (we can't use it--too dirty--so probably China)?

As I understand it, fracking wells "dry up" fairly quickly, which is why pressure to keepRead More drilling so urgent. Where do the jobs go after a year or so? Just a thought....
