An Interview with Muddy Leek Chef Whitney Flood [VIDEO]

The chef at one of the newer eateries in Culver City talks about his inspiration, his dishes and what to expect in his upcoming menus.

Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with all the new eateries that keep popping up in Culver City, but when they do, it’s always great to check them out, try their food and marvel at how wonderful it is that Culver City is home to such a plethora of tastes.

One of the newer restaurants to come to Culver City is Muddy Leek – a farm to table eatery – that opened in December 2012. Patch wrote about the opening here and Jonathan Gold did an in-depth review of the restaurant in the Los Angeles Times.

Now, Chat Chow has taken the time to sit down and talk to Muddy Leek Chef Whitney Flood. Find out everything you wanted to know about what goes on behind the scenes at Muddy Leek and what inspires Flood in this video, above.
