Advertising Jobs Open With Patch in the Westside

Patch is seeking two advertising managers for its community news websites.

Patch wants to hire two "rock star" advertising managers with local online advertising sales experience.

Patch provides news and information on dozens of community websites in Los Angeles County.

The advertising hires will work primarily within a group of clustered Patch sites. The two positions available are managers for a cluster of sites in the Westside.

It is essential that the applicant knows the communities and surrounding areas well and is familiar with the digital and social media world.

Also key is someone who loves to see small businesses succeed.

Hi David,
I am very interested in this position. I emailed you a cover letter and my resume. Your email has a period after p and would not go through. I took the period out and I hope you received my email. Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Lorie Veiner-Clause lvclause@hotmail.com

Hmmmm,
If you tried to send him an email with a period at the end of the email address, that means you are not very "familiar with the digital and social media world." ;-) [ that extra period denotes the end of the sentence. ] P.S. Please let us know if you got an interview, and if you get the Job.

This is a clear warning about what will happen to our aging water and sewer infrastructure, if theRead More city allows frackers to drill under our homes. The city of Westminster in OC last week denied a drilling permit for exactly this reason. It's time for citizens to let their council members know their thoughts on this topic. Council is concerned about a lawsuit if they stop fracking. The cost of a lawsuit pales next to the cost of replacing our infrastructure. Paid by taxpayers. Thus far frackers have never operated in such a densely populated area. In rural areas, there isn't nearly as much infrastructure.
