Come to the Wende Museum of The Cold War for the exhibition, Facing the Wall: Living With the Berlin Wall, which reflects upon larger issues of the human impact of the Cold War and the activities, behaviors and opinions of those living in those tumultuous times. The exhibit follows the lives of four individuals, a West Berlin wall painter, Thierry Noir, an East German border guard Peter Bochmann, a day visitor from the West Alwin Nachtweh and a former East German Stasi officer Hagen Koch. Go here for more information.

Please note that the museum is open to the public but by appointment only from Monday to Thursday.     Call 310-216-1600 x305 to schedule an appointment.
