Take Part in Downtown Culver City’s Spiked Lemonade Contest, June 20

June 20 not only marks the , it’s also Downtown Culver City’s monthly Third Wednesday full of discounts, which will include a spiked lemonade contest with free samples for visitors.

Enjoy the summer solstice as local businesses duke it out for bragging rights for the best spiked lemonade. You’ll be offered free samples (Virgin options are available for the under-21 set and teetotalers).  

Vote for your favorite and you’ll be in with a chance to win a Downtown Culver City prize package with gift certificates to restaurants, spas and tickets to the Kirk Douglas Theatre.

Best of all you don’t have to worry about drinking and driving because the Culver City Expo Line station is opening on the same day, with free rides for everyone.

The competition runs from 5-9 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20.  Bars, restaurants and retail outlets participating in the “Best Spiked Lemonade in Downtown Culver City 2012” contest include:
