Run & Serve on MLK National Day of Service in Culver City

As part of the National Day of Service honoring Martin Luther King, GreenRunner will hold a trash pick up at Fox Hills Park on Saturday morning.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. once said, "Life's most persistent and urgent question is: 'What are you doing for others?'"

Each year, Americans across the country answer that question by coming together on the King Holiday to serve their neighbors and communities.

The MLK Day of Service is a part of United We Serve, the President's national call to service initiative. It calls for Americans from all walks of life to work together to provide solutions to our most pressing national problems.

You can take part in Culver City this year buy joining GreenRunner’s Run & Serve day at Fox Hills Park, 6200 Buckingham Pkwy. The event will take place on Saturday from 8:45 – 9:45 a.m.

Plastic gloves and bags will be provided. Get ready to run round the park and collect trash. Do something good and get healthy, too.

RSVP is required. Click here to RSVP.
