Rescue Pet of the Week: Paco the Chihuahua Mix

Paco is 2-years-old, adores giving kisses and would love to find a new home for the holidays.

Paco was born a couple of weeks before Christmas 2010. His three siblings have been adopted into loving homes so it's just Paco and his mom, Polly, waiting their turn.

Paco is a Chihuahua mix but everyone says he looks part Dachshund and he's very cute. We guess you'll have to see for yourself. He's as friendly as can be, enjoys playing, giving kisses, taking fun walks, and with kindness and love will be your devoted companion forever.

If you would like to meet Paco, please call 310-479-5089 or email frndsofanimals@aol.com

Maybe more to the point, where does the methane (way more powerful than CO2 as a greenhouse gas)Read More release go from the fracking process, where do the "secret"and other cancer causing chemicals go, and who pays for clean-up costs, increased healthcare costs of residents nearby, possible increased earthquake damage, etc. and where does this oil go (we can't use it--too dirty--so probably China)?

As I understand it, fracking wells "dry up" fairly quickly, which is why pressure to keepRead More drilling so urgent. Where do the jobs go after a year or so? Just a thought....
