Champ was abandoned outside Friends of Animals' front door late one November night with a note begging the shelter to take him in.
Champ's eyes were crusted nearly shut and he was too weak to meow, but yipped softly. He was rushed to the emerbency room where he was treated for mange, mites and several nasty abscesses.
Champ is a tough little fighter, though (hence his name). He's been an exceptionally good patient and has thrived under Friends of Animals Foundation’s TLC.
Champ is a small, 4-month-old, domestic short haired tuxedo. He is alert, curious, playful, enjoys cuddling, and looks forward to a long, happy life in a real home.
