PHOTOS: El Rincon Gives Thanks With Campus Beautification Project

The Culver City Elementary School's booster club held a "Giving Thanks" program last month to clean up the school's campus with the help of volunteers, donors and CCUSD.

On Nov. 17, El Rincon Elementary School’s booster club held a “Give Thanks” event and helped clean up and beautify the school campus.

Volunteers worked on three separate teams. The planting team added flowers and shrubs in front of the school and throughout the entryway; the sparkle team cleaned the entire campus; and the basketball team helped put up the new permanents on the court.

Culver City Unified School District Superintendent David LaRose and Assistant Superintendent Mike Reynolds backed the project.
