‘MasterChef’ Finalists’ Cooking Classes at Culver City’s Surfas
It's not too late to sign up for tomorrow night's New Year's Resolutions cooking class with Tracy Kontos and Alejandra Schrader.
Tracy Kontos and Alejandra Schrader survived Gordon Ramsay’s tongue-lashings as finalists in the FOX Season 2 series MasterChef.
After the show, the two Westsiders paired up to create their own catering business Cucina Cocina and have been popping up all over town with demonstrations and classes.
Tomorrow night, Jan. 19, they’ll be teaching a Lifestyle Cooking Class, just one in their series at Culver City’s test kitchen from 7-9 p.m.

The class costs $65, includes ingredients, tools and recipes, and is designed to help home cooks with healthy options. There's also the chance to win a set of steak knives.
