$1.04 for Four-pack of Colorful Tumblers at Ralphs

Ralphs is getting in on the holiday fun by marking down four-packs of brightly colored plastic tumblers to $1.04. Party hosts and hostesses won’t have to worry about breaking glasses or relying on flimsy (and often colorless) cups for guests. And with such a variety of hues, you can recycle them for the next holiday. Hello, Labor Day! Just remember to bring your Ralphs club card for the deal.

$3.99 and up Clearance Sale at Carter’s

Celebrate the holiday–or the holiday party–with a new outfit for Bobby and Jane. With its clearance sale going on right now, Carter’s is offering graphic T-shirts for $3.99 and dresses for $5.99. That’s not even mentioning the store’s 70 percent discount on select layettes—I saw a regularly priced $28 dress set on sale for $8.50.  With those prices, you might even want to consider handing out outfits as host or hostess gifts.
