This sale is located in a private home. Use caution when walking around. Some parts of the house are not easily handicap accessible. Sterling Estate Resolutions will not be responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on or near the estate sale premises. You enter at your own risk. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items will be sold in "as is" condition without warranty. We will only hold items for up to two hours and a non refundable deposit is required. All items sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone upon discretion. No oversized bags or back packs permitted. No children or strollers allowed under discretion. Estate sale staff will not available for heavy lifting or loading of furniture. Delivery is available for a fee. No checks, but all major credit cards are accepted.

Maybe more to the point, where does the methane (way more powerful than CO2 as a greenhouse gas)Read More release go from the fracking process, where do the "secret"and other cancer causing chemicals go, and who pays for clean-up costs, increased healthcare costs of residents nearby, possible increased earthquake damage, etc. and where does this oil go (we can't use it--too dirty--so probably China)?
