The Culver City Sister Committee will host two free public dinners on March 15 and March 18 to honor Daiki Nitta and Hiroko Hamada, who will take part in this Sunday's L.A. Marathon.

The Culver City Sister Committee is extending and invitation to the entire Culver City community to take part in their Mystery Welcome American BBQ event on Fri. March 15.

RSVP’s are required. If you wish to attend, please call Alice Impaliazzo at 310- 642-7604 to make your reservation and the 6:30 p.m. dinner location will then be revealed.

Two qualified marathon runners, Mr. Daiki Nitta and Ms. Hiroko Hamada will come to Culver City and run in this Sunday’s L.A Marathon. Two years ago Daiki Nitta was supposed to run the L.A. Marathon as part of Culver City’s annual Sister City trade with Kaizuka.  However, he was called back into service following the Japanese tsunami.
