Annual Lindberg Park Parade Brings Fun and Floats for the Fourth

Lindberg Park neighborhood hosts a block party to bring families together for the holiday.

Lindberg Park neighborhood, on Westwood Boulevard between Virginia and Studio, held a Fourth of July block party and parade in the early morning. Neighboors started setting up Sunday night and at 7 a.m. Monday morning, eager attendees were still setting up tables, pop-ups and bouncers.

Homemade floats, cars and bicycles lined the 10 a.m. parade route. The neighborhood residents collected donations and provided complimentary food and entertainment from a local band, Studio Union.
