Are you living your retirement life but still stressed out over things in life?  Stress management does not just happen for everyone, some needs to learn the skills to recognize what they need to do to avoid their chronic stress.

Here are a few ways to help you better cope with stress according to PsychCentral.  First, one should "reorganize" your routine, having regular exercise can develop healthy habits as well as preventing stress.

Another great tip is to "reduce" the amount of things you are responsible for or have to worry about.  When we are overwhelmed, we simply don't perform tasks as well as when we are relaxed.  So try to shed the unnecessary worries and only focus on what's important.

Finally, find ways to relax and release.  When you are living with tension, only way to lower your stress is to relax and release these tension.  To achieve this, deep breathing, muscle relaxation techniques, and even going for a walk can help you cope with your stress.
