It was just another day at the office for Sue Kim, co-owner of Z Newstand at the Westfield Culver City Mall even though on Monday she sold a winning lottery ticket worth $7000. Apparently it's not the first time customers have bought winning tickets from her stand.

Culver City resident Steve Hartley told Patch he purchases lottery tickets several times a week from Z Newstand.

"This place just seems to have the right vibe" he said, "I win here all the time, although I have never been close to winning $7000."
